DRILLING IN JUNE!

Big, price-driving news from the Gulf of Guinea and the Joint Development Zone - Sinopec is going fishing. The company plans to start drilling Blacok 2 and Block 4 as soon as next month.

While we don't axctually believe this will happen, it shouldn't be long now. Here's the news report, courtesy of our old friend, Mark St. Amour:

>blockquote>JDZ/STP News: Oil exploration set to kickoff in offshore zone shared
with Nigeria - official

Lisbon, May 21 (Lusa) - Oil exploration activity is poised to revive
next month in the offshore Gulf of Guinea zone shared by Nigeria and
Sao Tome and Principe after a three-year hiatus as the two countries
consider the possible auctioning of new blocks beginning in 2011.

Jorge Santos, the head of the bilateral authority overseeing the Joint
Development Zone (JDZ) told Lusa Wednesday, that Chinese operator
Sinopec would begin exploration in Block 2 in June and that Block 4
Swiss-Canadian operator Addax would begin drilling in July.

"There's some expectation of finding something. Both in Block 2 and in
Block 4, where Addax has very encouraging perspectives", Santos said
in a telephone interview from Sao Tome.

"By the end of the year we'll be in a position to declare the zone
commercially viable or not", he added.

The STP head of the Abuja-headquartered Joint Development Authority
(JDA) also said the body was in negotiations for the carrying out of
additional seismic studies in four other JDZ blocks - 7 through 10 -
with a view to opening a new licensing round as early as 2011.

Sufficient seismic data, especially 3D studies, were still lacking for
those blocks, Santos said, adding that it would take 18 months to two
years to complete the new studies.

Blocks 7, 8, 9, and 10 would "in general be smaller" than the six JDZ
blocks auctioned since 2004, with areas ranging from 750 to 1,500
square kilometers, he said.

Santos said the upcoming drilling in Blocks 2 and 4 was expected to
last at least one month and would be followed by a period for analysis
of results.

He downplayed the significance for the JDZ of US major Chevron's
inconclusive results from exploration in Block 1 in 2006, noting that
the company had drilled only one well and "possibly not at the right
spot".

"There's a certain (topographical) decline between Block 1 and Block
2, allowing one to deduce that all the expectations built up around
the first block could lie in the second one", he said.

Underlining that at least three exploratory wells were required to
establish a field's commercial viability and a fourth well for
development purposes, Santos said Chevron might well be waiting to get
results from Sinopec's drilling in Block 2 "to decide what to do in
future".

On yet to be drilled Block 3, he said US mid-tier operator Anadarko
had adopted a "more passive stance", possibly given its major
interests in the Gulf of Mexico.

Despite pressure for Anadarko to drill, Santos said the JDA could "not
oblige" the company to act and that its plans remained unknown.

The JDA chief also said that the future of JDZ Blocks 5 and 6,
auctioned in 2005, but still lacking production sharing contracts,
remained unclear, due in part to the operators, ICCOOECA and Filtun
Huzodo, respectively, facing "some difficulty in mobilizing the
necessary investment".

The uncertainty surrounding those two blocks, he added without
elaboration, also involved disputes over the interests of minnow ERHC,
a US-registered company controlled by Nigerian powerbroker Emeka
Offor, which has rights and interests in most of the JDZ blocks.

ERHC also has major rights to future blocks in Sao Tome and Principe's
exclusive economic zone, which the island government has repeatedly
said in the past few years it was preparing to auction.

The HHO Winter Games 2009

The HHO WINTER GAMES 2009 begin next Saturday, Feb. 7, and run through Monday, Feb. 9, from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. each day. Once again,. developers from around the country are coming to the sunny Gulf Coast of Florida to share their knowledge with inventors and the general public through displays, seminars and how-to instruction.

We're going to see the introduction of a couple of great new kits, including the Genesis, Green Gas LLC dry cell, and it complementary AeroBox ECUC, or EFIE.

The Fuel Genie from Barry Holzsweig's YopurWater2Gas, a dedicated six-bay HHO installation facility at 18300 US Hwy 19 in Clearwater, Fla. - the first of its kind in the world - is going to lead a seminar Monday on "Hopw HHO Really Works," based on his 14 years of experience with the Bosch Group as an electrical engineer with a strong background in physics and chemistry.

Eddie Lopez of H202HHO will introduce a vastly more compact, 30-plate cell that can produce more than a liter per minute without electrolytes. That ought to be a sensation!

Not to be outdone, Jim Tarantola is doing installations on a 12-liter semi engine and on a stump grinder - talk about diverse! He's also showing off a SuperDupe motorcycle, a kit running on a F250, and big remote-controlled toys including a P-40 Warhawk with a 5 1/2-ft. wingspan and a 3-ft. airboat on the HHO Spectacular lawn.

And if bigger is better, Will Beaton and Jeff Fernstrom of Chicago's Green Hybrid Systems will do an HHO installation on a 42-ft. RV and other vehicles on theior Space 2 on the HHO Spectacular ground.

There's a full day of seminars, with one of the most interesting the talk on "RISC Processors in the HHO Kit," prsented by former NASA subscontractor Ray Benefield, who designed the mid-decks RF modem used by all the Space Shuttle flights since they began.

Bill Lang, the man who taught Ozzie Freedom his stuff, will clue us in on the the long history of HHO, and also introduce his new HHO personal hydration system. The system uses HHO's high alkaline content to prioduce charged water that cuts digestive acids in a hurry.

The Winter HHO Games are taking place at the Manatee Technical Institute in Bradenton, Fla., right across from the world-famous Bolletieri IMG tennis academy
at 5603 34th St. West in Bradenton.

New Location, New Events for HHO Games

The HHO Games & Exposition has found a new and better home - at the 2,000-seat, 57,000 sq. ft. Mosaic Arena at the Manatee County Fairgrounds in Palmetto, Fla.

The Veteran's Day main event, on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008 - a national holidy - will accommodate a total of 20 vendors, 150 HHO demonstration vehicles, 20 inventors and a host of eager spectators. Television stations and newspapers will cover the event.

I'm really excitied by what I'm hearing from inventors all over the country who are coming to the HHO Games to show their work. It's going to be a watershed moment in automotive history, and one which will owe nothing to foreign oil, the Big 3, political leaders, venture capitalists, automotive part stores or anyone but the energey and innovation of individual American inventors.

We will see exceptional work that will move the HHO industry forward at a rapid pace. One of the most exciting things is the appearance of the founder of the modern HHO industry, Ozzie Freedomm of Los Angeles, whose Water4Gas books and diagrams have been adverttised throughout the world and generated sales and construction of tens of thousands of new HHO kits. Ozzie Freedom is leading a seminar at 2pm on Nov. 13 on the Fairgrounds.

Don't forget the appearance of ZerFossilFuels, the renowned YouTube star whose videos and free diagrams have helped thousands construct their own HHO kits, Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancers EFIEs) and Power Width Modulators (PWMs). The EFIEs and PWMs help HHO users to control oxygen and MAP sensors that reduce mileage gains, and control amperage draw from alternators and batteries, Zero will speak On Nov. 11 at 2pm on the Fairgrounds.

There's also a fellow named Walt Jenkins on Anna Maria Island, here in Manatee County, who says one of his devices is helping drivers get uup to 100mpg from their cars. And Julio Figueroa of ITS Associates is going to show a universal 02 sensor solution for HHO kits that takes an important new approach to the sensor problem.

HHO GAMES & EXPOSITION WILL HEIGHTEN EXCITEMENT OF HOT NEW FUEL

The First Annual HHO Games & Exposition is scheduled to begin Nov. 11 in Bradenton, Fla., HHO G&E executive director Joe Shea announced today.

Shea said he will fund other G&E costs himself, and also welcomes support from sponsors.

HHO is the revolutionary but long-neglected energy source produced by the electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen with an extra molecule. The fuel, first produced in 1866, burns better, cleaner and hotter than gasoline, is extremely inexpensive to use, and used in comnjunction with gasoline can extend vehicle mileage by 25% to 50% while cleaning out engine gunk, improving motor performance.

The fuel is used as soon as it is created by an installed HHO kit, there is no danger from hydrogen storage. The only challenge to users is that car batteries are not currently recharged, creating potential problems with conventional alternators. Several inventors have produced videos that seem to show a solution to that issue, however.

Thousands of drivers have adopted the fuel across the country in a wide variety of vehicles.

The fuel is best used in conjunction with gasoline at higher speeds and on longer trips. A switch normally allows users to turn the HHO injection into the vehicle manifold off and on. The design of some kits cause vehicles in start-and-go traffic to sputter and turn off, while others do not have that problem.

The Games will test the savings, quality, endurance,. ease of installation and price points of HHO kits in conventional vehicles like cars and pickup trucks and not-so-conventional vehicles that can range from diesel-powered semis and light aircraft to toy trains and mopeds.

Attendees, entrants and exhibitors will judge the Games.

The purpose of the HHO competitions is to help get the best designs and kits better known to the public.

Entrants will be required to certify their HHO kits and gasoline usage and submit to professional inspections. The certification is hoped to set an industry standard for HHO equipment.

An online Website now under construction, hhogames.com, is hosting videos associated with the demonstrator models.

At the Games, which will take place at a nearby site, up to 150 demonstrations in each of three categories - Personal, Commercial and Novel - will be shown. The Best of Show winner will likely be selected from those kits demonstrated during the Games, Shea said.

On the Exposition side, every aspect of the HHO movement will be on view in Florida at the HHO Exposition, including kits, parts, and marketing tools. Space will be limited to 20 vendors, 150 demonstration vehicles and 20 inventors. The Manatee County Fairgrounds Mosaic Arena is covered, and seminars and workshops will be indoors.

The workshops and seminars are for those who want to expand their HHO knowledge, or just learn more about the low-priced technology. White House officials, experts from the U.S. Dept. of Energy and elected officials interested in the fuel are invited to attend.

The HHO Games & Exposition will be the first time a substantial gathering of HHO enthusiasts meets as the world waits for a way out of the gasoline dilemna.

"I believe the best of the HHO Games & Exposition will set the benchmarks for widespread adoption of HHO kits in this country and abroad," Shea said. "We will find our new Henry Ford, our new Model A, and our place in a new world free of dependence on oil," he said.

Shea is a journalist with a deep interest in HHO, also known as Brown's Gas, and wants to see it adopted at a rapid pace throughout the world. He is also an organizer who has hosted everything from huge Christmas parties for Hollywood's poor to an official Los Angeles Mayoral Debate.

He is the founder of the world's first Internet daily newespaper, The American Reporter, which he started with 30 professional journalists on April 10, 1995. In 1997, the paper won a U.S. Supreme Court case, Shea v Reno, which defended free speech rights on the Internet for future generations.

The HHO Games & Exposition are privately funded, Shea said.

"I know HHO entrepreneurs, inventors and designers will welcome a chance to meet here amid some of the world's most beautiful beaches to show the world that HHO is is a ready-to-go invention that can revolutionize the world's economy by freeing it from its current dependence on oil, gasoline and other expensive alternative fuels.

"It's hard to start a new industry using YouTube videos, Websites and email, but it's been happening. The HHO G&E will bring that energy to a significant focus," Shea said.

Games entries and Exhibitors should contact HHO Games & Exposition at (941)753-1136,
or write info@hhogames.com.

Video links should be posted to the same address, and will appear on hhogamescentral.com. They may be of up to 5 minutes length and should concentrate on demonstrations and kits.

It is the 'coming of age' of the HHO industry," Shea said. "Let the Games begin!"
